Heading improvement
Replace a creative heading such as “Where I Made an Impact” with “Professional Experience.” The content does not change, but both software and people can identify the section immediately.
Terminology improvement
A posting asks for customer relationship management experience. If truthful, write “customer relationship management (CRM)” once and name the actual platform in a supported skill or achievement.
Evidence improvement
Move “SQL” from an unsupported keyword list into context: “Built SQL quality checks that identified incomplete order records before the weekly operations report.”
Formatting improvement
Replace a two-column skills sidebar and icon-based contact block with selectable text in one reading column. Keep portfolio design in a linked work sample.
Testing improvement
After export, copy all PDF text into a plain editor and confirm that the name, contact details, roles, employers, dates, and bullets appear in the intended order.
