No payment information is collected by the application described on this website. Creating, reviewing, and exporting a resume is currently free. A message requesting payment outside an official future checkout should be treated as suspicious and reported through the Contact page.
Before paid plans launch
Pricing, billing interval, taxes, renewal behavior, included features, cancellation controls, trial conditions, and refund eligibility must be displayed before checkout. The final policy must identify the merchant of record and payment processor. Paid functionality should not launch until those details and legally required cancellation rights are implemented.
Future refund requests
If paid plans are introduced, users should contact support with the account email, transaction reference, purchase date, and concise reason. Never send full card numbers. Any future refund window shown at checkout will control, subject to mandatory consumer rights. Duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, and service failures will be investigated promptly.
Digital exports
A downloaded resume is a digital output assembled from user-provided information. Future pricing may distinguish between subscription access and one-time exports. Limitations for consumed digital services must be disclosed before purchase and cannot override rights that apply by law.
