Information you provide
The builder may process contact details, employment history, education, skills, project information, languages, and a pasted job description. In the current version, draft fields are saved in local storage within your browser so you can return to them. They are not submitted to our server until you request analysis or an export. Do not enter government identifiers, financial account data, health records, references' private details, or information you do not have permission to use.
Processing and purpose
When you request analysis, the submitted text is used to calculate a transparent keyword and completeness review. When you request an export, the server uses the submitted data to assemble a DOCX or text-based PDF in memory and return it to your browser. Processing is necessary to provide the requested feature. We do not use resume contents to build advertising profiles, sell them, or intentionally train models on them.
Optional AI resume tailoring
The Resume Tailor accepts a DOCX resume and pasted job description. The file is parsed in memory. When the site operator configures AI mode, extracted resume text and the job description are transmitted to the configured Hugging Face inference provider so it can produce a structured rewrite. That provider processes data under its own terms, security measures, and retention practices. The upload page discloses the active mode. Without AI configuration, the source wording is reformatted locally on the application server and is not sent to an AI provider.
File retention and deletion
ATSForge does not intentionally keep uploaded or generated resume files in the current architecture. In-memory export data is released after the response. Browser drafts remain on your device until you clear site data, use private browsing, or remove local storage through browser settings. To request deletion of any support record associated with you, contact support@atsforge.org.
Logs, analytics, cookies, and advertising
Web infrastructure may record limited technical logs such as IP address, request time, browser type, route, and error details for reliability and abuse prevention. ATSForge uses local storage for browser-only drafts but does not currently load advertising code or advertising cookies. If advertising or analytics is introduced, this policy will describe the technologies, data use, providers, choices, and any consent required before those tools are enabled.
Security
We minimize collection, avoid a resume database, escape displayed user content, and generate documents server-side from validated fields. Production deployment should enforce HTTPS, secure headers, dependency updates, access controls, monitoring, backups for essential business records, and a tested incident-response process. No internet transmission or storage system is perfectly secure; users should remove unnecessary sensitive details and protect downloaded files on their own devices.
Your rights and international use
Depending on location, users may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing and to complain to a supervisory authority. Contact support@atsforge.org to exercise an applicable right. ATSForge is operated by ATSForge and is accessible internationally. Mandatory rights or disclosures that apply in a user's location continue to apply.
Changes
Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after a change does not remove rights that require consent under applicable law. Questions may be sent through the Contact page.
