Tailoring can improve relevance, wording, hierarchy, and ATS readability. It cannot create experience you do not have, guarantee an interview, reproduce an employer's private screening system, or replace your final review. Always compare the downloaded document with your original before applying.
Privacy and retention
The uploaded file is read in memory for this request and is not intentionally saved to disk or a résumé database. When AI mode is enabled, extracted résumé text and the job description are sent to the configured Hugging Face inference provider for processing. Do not upload sensitive information you do not need in a job application.
